WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Electrocution at electrified water fountain in front of restaurant and bar, in suit brought against business and patrons.
  • Electrocution involving worker at construction site who was using jack hammer which came in contact with underground high voltage line, settlement and workers’ compensation award.
  • Explosion of hotel’s poorly maintained high energy electrical equipment causing severe burns, among other related injuries, to electrician called by employer to site.
  • Electric shock of worker resuscitated at the scene who came into contact with undisclosed high voltage line in electrical box.
  • Electric shock, cafeteria worker came into contact with electrified stove from defective repair of adjacent appliance due to water collection.
  • Electrocution of painter at residence with old wiring lacking grounding of lighting and at electrical fuse panel.
  • Work-related claim from electrical shock of utility worker at poorly marked new residential lot.
  • Electrical explosion and shock using tools of the trade from over-current in pending employee benefit claim in administrative proceedings.
